Meet their Team
Anita oversees the recruitment and retention department, manages special projects for developing resources for workforce practices and partnerships with state and national organizations. Anita graduated from Texas State University with a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration. Prior to joining TACHC she was employed with the Texas Department of State Health.

Jonathan supports the Recruitment and Retention (R&R) department by assisting with communication, screening of candidates, and creating job ads for TACHC centers. As Provider Services Specialist, Jon 's mission is to recruit the very best candidates to join the TACHC. Jon obtained his Master’s degree from Texas State University and serves in the United States Army Reserves.

Marcia’s primary role involves recruiting candidates for professional medical, dental, clinical and administrative opportunities for member Community Health Centers (CHCs). Marcia graduated from the University of Texas in Austin with a degree in Psychology. She has also served on committees for Risk Management, Business Practices, and Joint Commission.

Rachel supports the department by assisting with communications, creating job ads and marketing materials to promote center career opportunities, screen candidates and manages the recruitment online database. Rachel joined TACHC after serving with AmeriCorps in Austin, TX.

As TACHC’s Health Workforce Development Coordinator, Caroline focuses her efforts on health centers’ readiness to engage in health professions workforce development/training programs through the Readiness to Train Assessment Tool while developing partnerships with academic, health care, and other organizations to train professionals for clinical health careers. Prior to joining TACHC, she was employed with the largest health system in Louisiana.
